My Summer Plans

I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but, I have been working in a legal job as an intern for a bit. So this summer I will start full time there and then when school starts back up, I'll go back to part time. I really love my job and the people I work with. I am very fortunate to have the responsibilities that I do and complete the projects given to me. So far, I have done research on constitutional law issues, trademark renewals, and claim summaries. It is real hands-on experience and I love it.

I'm also really fortunate to go on vacation in a week with my family. We're going on a cruise for a week and I could not be more excited. My family doesn't fly and we live like 20 hours away from where the cruise ship is docked, so we drive. It's so nerdy, but I plan on bringing a bunch of books to read. I haven't read a book for fun in two years.  So if anyone has some fun book suggestions, let me know. 

I also am planning on spending a bunch of time with my friends. The last couple weeks I haven't been able to see them because of my finals. Actually, last night a bunch of us went out for drinks and appetizers. We had such a great time catching up and I'm really thankful for them. 

This Friday, I have my end of the school year party that my school throws. I got invited to go to a big pre-party thing and I'm really excited. It's going to be really nice to see everyone in a relaxed environment. I also am terrible at remembering names so that part is going to be fun lol. All of my friends from school are going and it's rare that we get to go out all together. 

I'm sure I will have some fun stories to tell you all for my next post.
